Where I've Been
“How many countries have you been to?” is not an easy question to answer. After all, there are so many lists of nations, territories, and states to consider!
I go by the Traveler’s Century Club list of 324 places around the world. While it does have its limitations, this list encompasses places that may not be recognized officially as nations by the UN, but are in their own right distinctive enough to be considered countries or territories. For example, the TCC list includes Hong Kong, the Falkland Islands, Taiwan, and places in Antartica.
So far, I’ve been lucky enough to visit:
7 continents, 84 countries & territories.
